WARRANTY SUMMARY
SEATSQUARE™ provides a 90 day manufacturing defects warranty from the original date of purchase. Manufacturing defects occur during production and result in deviations from the intended design of the product(s). The SEATSQUARE Warranty Policy does not cover damages due to an accident, improper care, negligence, or normal wear-and-tear. To initiate a warranty claim, email support@seatsquare.com with an explanation of the issue, the original order number, and a copy of the purchase receipt for the product.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY POLICY?
SEATSQUARE™ provides a 90 day manufacturing defects warranty from the original date of purchase. In order to be considered for a warranty you must provide the original order number and purchase receipt for the product. Refunds are not given for warranty claims. A successful warranty claim will result in a product replacement or exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?
The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. These are defects that occur during production and result in deviations from the intended design of the product. An example of a manufacturing defect would be unsecured stitching, a defective hinge, or an unsewn seam. These defects will usually be obvious to the user within a very short time period.
The SEATSQUARE Warranty Policy does not cover damages due to an accident, improper care, negligence, or normal wear-and-tear. Wear-and-tear is defined as damage that occurs through use of the product(s). An example of wear-and-tear is holes, and/or tears. All product(s) will ultimately break due to wear-and-tear, so we are unable to replace in these instances.
CAN I HAVE A REFUND UNDER WARRANTY?
Refunds are not given for warranty claims. A successful warranty claim will result in a product replacement or exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM UNDER WARRANTY?
To initiate a warranty claim, email support@seatsquare.com with an explanation of the issue, the original order number, and a copy of the purchase receipt for the product.
